RETURN POLICY

  • NO RETURNS on masks. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if a mask will fit appropriately. Mask samples are on display at the register.
  • NO RETURNS on lift chairs, full-size scooters, mid-size scooters, CBD products, essential oils or used items.
  • NO RETURNS on non-stock items that have been special ordered on behalf of the customer.
  • NO RETURNS on shoes after they have left the premises.
  • Sales receipt of purchase is required for ALL returns. Credit card receipt is not accepted.
  • All returns must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and original condition.
  • Items eligible for return must be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Between 7 and 14 days, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. NO RETURNS after 14 days.
  • In-stock travel scooters, travel power chairs, wheelchairs and rollators will be charged a standard rental fee if returned.
